KRAMER was engaged to manage a fast track design and construction schedule for this 90,000 SF law firm relocation. The close control and coordination of all decision points, contractors and vendors resulted in the completion of this assignment on time with final costs significantly under budget. During the course of the project, KRAMER also stepped in to negotiate national buying agreements with major furniture manufacturers, resulting in 20% furniture cost savings. The move was seamless for the attorneys; with work at the former site ending on Friday at close of business and commencing on Monday morning at the new location. After the completion of the initial project, KRAMER was brought back to provide a range of additional services, including preparation of future expansion costs, problem resolution and management of subsequent renovations.
